This is my blue Snaggletooth. This is the only vintage Star Wars figure that was really never supposed to exist. It only came with some of the Sears Cantina playsets. That set came with Greedo, Hammerhead, and Walrus Man, and they were just like the carded figures. The Snaggleototh, however, was tall with smooth skin, wearing a blue jumpsuit and silver boots. It was supposed to be short with hairy skin, wearing a red jumpsuit and bare feet. There are a good number of these figures out there but it’s very difficult to find near mint ones. The silver paint on the boots and belt, red paint on the face, and gray paint on the hands, is very sensitive. I got mine when I was a kid I was fortunate that I didn’t put much wear on it. The one in my collection would be perfect if not for a small scratch on the left hand. All the paint on the boots is perfect and the limbs and head are tight. It’s a really good looking variation, and the only vintage figure that was a mistake.
